Healing with Yoga

For years I have struggled with physical and emotional pain. Anxiety, depression, ptsd, fibromyalgia, severe arthritis in my back and neck and chronic fatigue. I used to take a lot of medication for all of these conditions┬ábut I stopped doing that several years ago. I couldn’t tolerate the side effects very well and I didn’t like feeling emotionally numb.
